Workplace Accommodation Request

Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 prohibit discrimination in public institutions. If you are disabled, or have a temporary disabling condition, MMA will provide accommodations in the workplace that are considered reasonable and that do not create an undue burden on the institution. An undue burden is a practice, procedure, or financial cost which unreasonably interferes with business operations of the college.
